By accessing https://join.foroskills.com/ or https://www.foroskills.com/, or by registering for a free first session, you agree to these Terms of Service with Foro Skills. If you do not agree, please do not use our sites or forms.

Services

Foro Skills offers soccer skills training and strength and conditioning for players of different age groups, including classes for ages 13 and under and training for ages 13–18. Submitting the registration form requests follow-up about a free first session and does not guarantee a specific schedule until confirmed by a coach.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you check the optional SMS consent checkbox on https://join.foroskills.com/, you agree that Foro Skills may send customer-care text messages about registration follow-up, session scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and training-related updates. Providing a phone number is not SMS consent. Visiting the website is not SMS consent. Calling 214-389-9708 is not campaign keyword opt-in. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foro Skills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our websites or inability to use them. Participation in athletic training involves inherent risk; follow coach instructions and facility rules.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
